Surtronics, Inc. is committed to compliance with all applicable environmental regulations while remaining cost conscious. The company is a participant in the Strategic Goals Program and has been involved in several pollution prevention projects with the State of North Carolina. Our Engineering and Environmental Departments are constantly seeking more environmentally friendly production processes and procedures. Environmental compliance is achieved by operation of the following permitted equipment:
· 175 K Gal/Day Wastewater Pretreatment System
· 20Gal/Min Closed Loop Chrome Rinse Treatment System
· Ion Exchange Pretreatment of Cadmium Cyanide Rinse
· Extensive In-Line Water Reuse - Five Wet Bed Air Exhaust Scrubber
· One Mesh Pad Chrome Scrubber
Surtronics, Inc., is in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations and maintains all required environmental permits. Furthermore, Surtronics, Inc. is not operating under any environmental enforcement actions or consent orders.
